University assignment
According to research by NZTA (New Zealand Transport Agency), teenagers aged 17-24 are most likely to cause traffic accidents. The reasons are many, such as speeding, or using alcohol while driving. Those acts not only violate traffic laws but also threaten the lives of people around them. I myself have made one of the mistakes above and I have experienced a nearly-dead situation. In order to prevent traffic accidents caused by young drivers.
I decided to collaborate with NZTA's “Road to Zero” campaign to spread the message of safe driving to teenage drivers, mainly Uni students. My project includes one animation video, one main poster, and four different postcards; which describe teenage drivers' typical errors that cause traffic accidents.
I hope young NZ drivers will be more responsible for themselves when driving; for every driver to work towards the "Road to Zero death in 2030”.
